From the moment you arrive, you are treated not just as a guest but as family, with every possible need anticipated and catered to with precision and grace. I stayed at The Clement with my parents and children, and all of us were completely enchanted. From the stunning, intimate atmosphere to the impeccable attention to detail, this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. As someone who has traveled extensively, I didn’t think I could still be surprised by hotel service—but The Clement proved me wrong. Their team has redefined what luxury and hospitality mean. This is not just a stay—it’s an experience, one that sets a new gold standard. If you want to be amazed and pampered beyond belief, The Clement is where you need to be.

What a PHENOMENAL staycation for the weekend! The Clement and staff truly out did themselves. I am very impressed with the attention to detail, tv in the mirror while you take a warm bath, the nespresso machine, the welcome sand display, the personalized note with a treat, the all inclusive five star dining/cocktails, the bidet toilet, the motorized curtain shades, and so much more. They served the best of the best- the Voss water and Bay Areas famous It’s It ice cream. From when we entered, in which we were given a personalized tour, to when we exited we felt special. Everything was spot on excellent. We can’t wait to come again!

This luxurious, all-inclusive establishment for executives is worth every penny. You surely feel you’re taken care of when staying there. My bed was so comfortable you feel like you are sleeping on clouds. Bathroom with heated floors and a nice bathtub is just another indication of this place’s attention to detail. Their lobby and restaurant were well designed and staffed. They CARE. Unfortunately pool was closed when I was there.
