The service is amazing. Staff is very helpful and very good at what they do. We were so amazed and didn't expect this quality and hygiene. Everything is the same as the pictures. Whenever we go to Rome, we will stay here.
Excellent accomodation. Exceptionally clean. Host is great, super-friendly, efficient and gives good advice. Great location for the Vatican, on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. 30-40 minutes walk to the Forum/ Colleseum (personally would recommend lime bike/scooter as the best way to get around, bus/metro is relatively limited in comparison to other cities). Good/modern air conditioning, which is important in summer and something I'd advise all visitors to check before booking anywhere in Rome at this time.. Highly recommend.
This is not a hotel, it’s an airbnb where you are staying in a room in a unit on the 1st floor of a residential building. There are no signs of a hotel on the building so the only way to find it is by the street number. You won’t find the typical things from a hotel here. There is no lobby. There is no front desk. And you pay for your entire stay the moment you get there (as opposed to when you checkout). Once you get on the 1st floor (2nd floor for North Americans), you’ll enter the unit on the right - a rather small space that looks like an office. All around the office desk are doors to each individual room where all the pictures are from. We stayed in the Economy room, where the shower was in one corner of the bedroom and fully separate from a tiny washroom on the other side of the room. It’s definitely strange especially since the humidity from the shower fills up the entire room. The top of the shower is open and the steam is not ventilated. The rooms are not at all insulated, so you will hear everyone coming and going as if you have roommates. The windows also are not insulated either. You won’t enjoy a sense of privacy here. In summary, beware of potentially getting catfished. There is nothing wrong with retrofitting an office or residential unit into individual rooms to rent out, but failing to disclose that and making the listing appear as if it’s a traditional hotel is misleading and a definite misrepresentation of facts. On the plus side, the location is good. Jeric, the manager, is super nice and courteous. The rooms are recently renovated and well decorated.
