Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. We also tried the massage during our stay — it was fantastic! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the massage itself was exactly what we needed. Very professional and soothing — we left feeling refreshed and renewed. Everything was amazing, from the service to the little details. The sea was turquoise and stunning, and we enjoyed every moment of our time here. Highly recommended — we would love to come back again!

I love this hotel. Delicious food and very polite staff. The staff always greets with a smile, cares about the comfort of the guests. They are very welcoming and joke nicely. At the reception I was very well consulted on absolutely any questions. Incredibly beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, cool show programs and a team of animators. You guys are the best, the most perky, cheerful, incredibly charming and talented. Playing with you was unforgettable and fun, and your club dances drove me crazy in the best sense of the word🥰

This place needs some years until they get to the level of service of a 5 star all-inclusive resort. The beach is beautiful and the serving staff are all lovely. The issue is with the managerial staff when it comes to clarity, communication and processes. The vibe from the managerial staff isn’t very welcoming vs the serving staff. There is a lot of work to be done to reach to the level of competing resorts. Such a shame as the place’s architecture, pools and beaches are wonderful. They also need to work on a “youth” club where kids, pre-teens and teens can hang out, the kids club there is for kids 5 and younger. The food is okay, but not many options to dine which limits you to try different cuisines. For the price you pay for your stay it’s not worth it for the time being, as there are other beautiful options along the north coast of Egypt. Maybe in some years if they work on improving but if not then it’s such a shame as the place has potential.
