Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm Adults Only 16 years plus

10/10 ! We have just stayed at the Cleopatra Adults Only hotel for 1 week, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful – from the stunning architecture to the well-maintained grounds, huge clean pools, everything is designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the room with a swim up pool which was incredible - we would highly recommend this room. The housekeeper, Ahmed, was so friendly and cleaned our room to the highest standard. The food was so delicious and fresh - we enjoyed every meal. The buffet restaurant had so much variety and all cooked to a high standard. We dined at the ten tepenyaki Asian restaurant twice during our stay and it was amazing - the food was so tasty and presented beautifully. The decor was gorgeous and really fit in with the Asian theme. We celebrated my husbands birthday dinner here and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special celebration, they sang happy birthday with a lovely birthday cake. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single staff member was very welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out in the best way. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority across the entire resort. Rooms, pools, and common areas were spotless throughout our stay. We definitely recommend Cleopatra to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Sharm El Sheikh. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this hotel with my mum in early April. It was probably the most enjoyable time we have had in Egypt and we are very glad we chose this hotel! I must say that all the staff we had to deal with were very professional and helpful. I would especially like to mention all the receptionists who were always polite and very helpful. Also Ahmed at the bar who made a wonderful long island Mustafa at the pub, Alfred at the reception, Sahar at the spa for the massage, my fellow countryman Olga at the spa, Ahmed the waiter, and Ahmed at the pier who so kindly helped me and my mum snorkelling and even taught me how to dive! As for the hotel itself, I can say that it's a pretty quiet place, although the animators worked quite well to attract holidaymakers to activities, there were not many people who wanted to. There are 2 large swimming pools, warm and cold, always clean. There is an artificial wave and a jacuzzi. I can only say that some of the sunbeds need to be replaced. Evening entertainment was different, some better some worse, but it was not important for us. The food was usually tasty and quite varied, the hotel is not big so perhaps you should not expect a great variety. We had everything except fruit, there is actually to little amount of fruit (( I can note a wide variety of sweets and pastries, fresh juice for breakfast and quite good coffee The rooms are very modern and bright, the furniture is new and the bed is comfortable. Very thorough cleaning in the room.Always delivered water, napkins, cleaned the floor, etc.Of the minor drawbacks was that the electricity in the room was perhaps not quite working, there were difficulties with charging devices, and the shower was leaking.But this did not affect our wonderful experience of staying in this hotel! The access to the sea is from the hotel across the road, the beach is typically Egyptian, the entrance to the sea is rocky and with corals.BUT! this is all levelled by the incredible beauty of the coral that you can see swimming from the pier!Believe me, what you will be shown on the tour is not as beautiful as here. Overall, it's a great quiet place for relaxation and seaside holidays.Nice service, delicious food, clean and modern rooms.We will definitely come back here again!

Our experience in this hotel was incredible thanks to the nice atmosphere of the hotel, the friendly staff and the enjoyable entertainment. The hotel was really calm and relaxing, the pools and beach access were very convenient and clean. The daily entertainments were amusing thanks to the funny entertainers. A special thanks to the most friendly lifeguard Ebrahim Ahmed who was not only doing his job but making sure we are comfortable and safe all the time. The all-inclusive package was convenient and the restaurants had a variety of food with a good taste. The rooms and our scattered stuff were being arranged neatly everyday which I found really helpful. The staff in general are trustworthy and nice. In general, the whole stay went really well and I would come back to this hotel when in Sharm el Sheikh.
