Cleopatra Palace Hotel

The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and overall just met all expectations. The pool area and bar were absolutely lovely, and its location is directly opposite the beach less than a 2 second walk once you exit the hotel entrance. The rooms were definitely a little dated and we had some trouble with our shower going from hot to cold intervals, and there is no kettle in the room. Other than that it was an extremely clean hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good aswell , a lot of variety and fresh fruits and juice selections. Once again cannot express how great the staff were. We will be back again !

This is my favourite hotel and I will definitely be staying here again. We had one of the superior rooms with the plunge pool on the balcony and it was amazing to just have a dip to cool down from the sun. The swimming pool below, what can you say except 'wow' what a fantastic place to enjoy yourself. Can't imagine anyone not liking the pool. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and from the moment you check in and they give you a glass of cava while sorting everything out it is just a lovely touch. The whole hotel is beautiful and classy and couldn't be in a better location for us. Can't wait to visit again

Stayed at Cleopatra for a week - fantastic staff and clean rooms. Beautiful pool and opposite the beach, and right by the restaurants and shops, so it was a perfect location! Lots to choose from at breakfast - the hot food buffet section was a bit cold but we always expect this from buffet food. Rooms could have done with a couple of plug sockets by the beds, and maybe a tea/coffee station, but stunning rooms and we had a lovely view of the pool. (Also great shower pressure!) Rooms were cleaned everyday. We used the spa area for the day which was really reasonably priced (roughly 17 euros from memory) - included sauna, salt water pool, jacuzzi and VIP sun loungers outside which was brilliant as you could come and go as you pleased for the day. Steam room wasn’t working but that wasn’t an issue at all. Lovely staff in the spa! There are designated smoking areas on the ground floor, which means no smoking on the balcony and around the pool area, which, as a smoker, makes a huge difference as it was clean and tidy everywhere. You had the option to visit the sister hotel for free next door after 6PM for evening entertainment. Thank you to the staff at Cleopatra! Fantastic stay and would visit again.
