Cleveland Estate

Came here for an overnight stay with breakfast included. The location was was stunning. Weather was on the cold and rainy side but added to the romance. It would look just as pretty on a sunny/warmer day. Dinner menu is small but I think it makes for better quality. We had the fish of the day which was so delicious and enjoyed a generous dessert also. Wine tasting on site and the place had a separate bar overlooking the vineyard. Service overall was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was also generous as pictured. Would return here for sure.

We had a lovely time at Cleveland Estate, where we attended a wedding and stayed overnight at the hotel. A special thank you to Katie for arranging an early check-in for us—it really helped since we had travelled from afar and I had a few work calls to attend to. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything about our experience was comfortable and memorable. We also enjoyed walking around the estate, exploring the wineries, and taking in the stunning views. The sunset was beautiful, and it was fascinating to see and learn about the different plants and grape varieties grown around the property. The peaceful surroundings really added to the charm. It was such a treat to spot alpacas and sheep, and the mountain views—whether seen from higher ground or lower down—were simply breathtaking. We’ll definitely be recommending Cleveland Estate as a fantastic venue for weddings and a relaxing getaway for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting.

The food is decent with a good variety for breakfast, though dining options are limited. The bar offers a great view of the mountains, and the mulled wine is delicious. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was clean, with a pleasant view of the sheep farms. However, we noticed a lot of noise from the upstairs room, even at night when people walked around.
