Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

We booked a hotel block at the marriott for our wedding and Melanie was so easy to work with and very flexible. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We booked a getting ready conference room for the girls to get ready in and loved it. It was huge and everyone felt relaxed here. Melanie even made sure to have a mini fridge and toaster in this room for us to use! The valet parking was stress free and the staff was quick to help me unload my (fully packed) car. We would definitely recommend booking your hotel block for your wedding here.

Stayed the night for MGK day, and it was great from start to finish. I was confused because it was my first time arriving at the hotel, and I didn’t know where to park. Staff was helpful, guiding me in the right direction. Checking in and out was simple. The room was clean and smelled nice, and even our housekeeper, Mia, left us a welcoming note. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are standard ole Marriott rooms. Nothing fancy. Pretty overpriced for the amenities to be fair. And bathroom is super dates in design and layout. Corner rooms leave a lot to be desired to be honest. That said location is great. Short walk to Rising Star for coffee (Hyatt was sold out). Valet parking was quick and we'll covered during the rain storm. Quick ride to Ohio City for dinner and snacks Front desk staff were awesome, hooked up a late checkout and held our bags for us while we did lunch nearby after checkout.
