Clevelander Hotel Adults Only

5 Stars – Carlos Made Our Stay! Our stay at the Clevelander was truly elevated thanks to Carlos. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. He genuinely made the experience so special, and we’re so grateful for his hospitality. Although not every interaction we had at the hotel matched his level of service, Carlos stood out as a true professional and made a lasting impression. The hotel itself has a fun, lively vibe — but we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful our room was. It was clean, well-equipped, and the facilities were great overall. The Clevelander is in a prime location, and with someone like Carlos on the team, it’s easy to see why so many people love coming back.

This is for the Hotel Only! This is really important! Please read my other review for the Clevelander restaurant! And honestly, it was all thanks to Michelle and another amazing young woman at the front desk (so sorry—we didn’t catch her name!). Their energy was so positive and welcoming, it truly elevated the whole atmosphere from the moment we walked in. As a bonus, we were greeted with a complimentary frozen margarita—which was absolutely perfect. Such a great touch! The location is fantastic. Our room was always clean, and anytime we needed anything, the staff was on top of it right away. The service was exceptional across the board. Thanks to the talent and hospitality of the team—especially Michelle—we're definitely coming back. Highly recommend staying here and asking for Michelle if you want that extra bit of awesome!

I think this used to be a staple and quite the crowd. I went on a late afternoon on a Saturday and I just didn’t have that same. Feel it had 5-7 years ago. Has a resort bar vibe that drives engagement with crowd which is interesting. Like a Riu property.
