Cliff Castle Casino Hotel

Our agency used the meeting room and some staff stayed at the hotel. The ones who stayed the night said the rooms were clean and comfortable. The meeting room was perfect and the food provided were exceptional. The service was great. Our IT guy was impressed with the technology provided. I want all our meetings to be here in the future. A big shout out to Michael and Clifford!

The location is kind of out of the way but worth the trip. I was just passing by so did not stay the night but if I would have loved to. The reason I gave this casino 5 stars is because they actually have a drink station where u can have coffee and soda. There was also a lady driving around a cart with soda. The selection of games is like Vegas slots. New customers get free credit and discounts to eat. Also got a free reward which was a trunk organizer. The staff was very friendly and the machines were very loose. So I was able to win. I wish I lived closer I would come here often.

Everything was pretty good! Although the TV in the first room they put us in didn't work. We had to move to a new room so the kids had entertainment. The. The second room was decent. The bathroom could have used some attention. The floor wasn't very clean. I didn't want to change rooms again or wait for housekeeping. The kids needed to eat and go to bed. Everyone was very nice, and the people at the restaurant were awesome and understanding of the kids' inability to sit still! We will stay again. Next time, hopefully, the first room will be perfect and ready for us!
