Wow! What an absolutely incredible place! It's hard to know where to even start—this place is nothing short of heavenly. Cliffside truly exceeded all of our high expectations and then some. A massive thank you to Marcello and the entire team for going above and beyond, redefining what excellence really means. You made our stay unforgettable. Fair warning ‼️: Once you arrive, leaving will be the hardest part. We’ve definitely found our second home and family here at Cliffside. After my initial stay, I had some concerns about the hotel and shared them in a review. I want to update it because Marcelo, the owner, personally reached out to me, addressed my feedback with genuine care, and offered a partial refund. He was kind, professional, and truly committed to improving the guest experience. While some aspects of my stay fell short at the time, I really appreciate the way the team handled my concerns. I’m looking forward to giving the hotel another try the next time I’m in Rio and seeing the improvements firsthand.
