Whether it was the view from my room, the terrace, swimming pool or even the lobby, I was constantly greeted by lush greenery, serene landscapes, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape from the busy world. Waking up to the sight of misty mountains and the sound of birds was the highlight of my mornings. The sunsets were equally magical—each evening painted the sky with warm colors over the hills and trees. It felt like staying forever. The service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. From the smooth check-in to the helpful local tips, everything was handled with professionalism and a warm smile. If you're looking for a place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy top-notch hospitality, this hotel is an excellent choice. I can't wait to return!

The resort is located in a truly scenic and peaceful location, surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills. During the rainy season, the view from the resort is nothing short of magical—it genuinely feels like a painting come to life, with misty skies, vibrant foliage, and a calming atmosphere all around. The rooms at the resort are fairly average—functional and clean but lacking the finesse or modern touches you might expect at this price point. That said, the food more than makes up for it. The in-house restaurant serves delicious meals, and everything we tried—from the local dishes to snacks—was fresh and full of flavor. The swimming pool is another attractive feature and adds to the relaxing vibe of the resort. One area that needs improvement is the parking. The space is limited, and when the resort is fully occupied, guests may have to park along the roadside. While roadside parking is generally safe in this area, a better-managed parking facility would add to the convenience. Another concern during the monsoon is the slippery tiles throughout the resort premises. I personally witnessed a few guests slipping due to the wet surfaces. The management should consider installing anti-slip mats or using tiles with more grip to avoid accidents, especially during the rainy season. Despite these minor issues, Cloud Mist Resort is a great place for families. The staff is courteous, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the surrounding natural beauty makes for a memorable stay. With a few enhancements in infrastructure and room quality, it could easily become one of the top resort choices in Panchgani.

However, apart from the scenic surroundings, the resort doesn’t fully live up to expectations. The rooms are average, and some maintenance issues were noticeable. Food is basic and lacks variety—don’t expect restaurant-level taste. The service is slow at times and staff coordination could be better. Overall, you’re paying mainly for the view. Great for a quick nature break, but there’s room for improvement in facilities, service, and food quality.
