Pros: The room is well designed to be compact but every space is usable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and manage a lot for a small team. The amenities are fantastic! A handy phone with unlimited data, great personal items, and free beverages. Excellent value for money, and a central location to a lot of highlights and transport. Cons: The WiFi only worked in my room occasionally. This was really frustrating. The television channels, aspect ratio, and picture quality were lacking. You can hear your neighbours quite easily; beware! Overall: I would definitely stay again, and recommend this hotel to family and friends who are looking for a comfortable, value hotel in Singapore.

Singapore is expensive and don't have enough land estate. That is why I understand why the room is so small, I got what I pay for and only used it pretty much for sleeping and spent the day sightseeing. Bathroom can be improved, there's no curtain/barrier on the shower and the water go all over the place.

Well, where do I begin... This hotel is located in a good central area, that being said, it is Not family friendly, as we had a complaint about noise from a neighbour. We were travelling with a baby and we weren't even being loud. Not the best hotel to be honest. Walls are thin as paper. Room appears neat and tidy, but the walls and floor needs to be replaced as there is water coming out from the shower/floor. Second day here, our room were not serviced after we left the hotel for 6 hours. Only one good thing about this whole experience is the bed. It is a comfortable bed. Although it was a very affordable price, We won't be returning.
