Honestly, we had a fab week here and the hotel made it! You kind of get what you pay for, so don’t expect anything too fancy, but for the price, it’s a great hotel and only 15mins walk down to the main beachfront. Staff were always helpful and service was great. For self catering, a wee bit difficult with a lack of oven and microwave (my first time self catering, so wasn’t sure what to expect - this could be the norm!) Pool was lovely, with an on-site tattoo parlour, Turkish bath, piercing shop arcade, and reasonably priced bar. I like the idea of the Clubcard as it meant I didn’t need to bring cash down to the pool. All in all, I’ve had a great experience and I’d come again, Thanks Club Anastasia
We had such a great stay at this place location is perfect however rooms are very dated which is our only negative but in saying this our room was clean and fully functional the cleaners were friendly and cleaned our room very well everyday. All the staff are absolutely brilliant they couldn't do enough for the children to ensure they are having a great time we had the best holiday and that is thanks to this hotel and the staff we will definitely be returning i understand a refurb is being done at the end of this season which will make this a fabulous place as the dated rooms are the only thing that lets this hotel down.
I’ve never written a review before, but after staying at this hotel, I feel compelled to warn others about my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property suffers from serious neglect and mismanagement. The room I was given was outdated and poorly maintained - furnishings were worn, the bathroom was far from clean, and the overall hygiene of the space was questionable. The food served at the on-site restaurant was bland and uninspired. To make matters worse, the restaurant manager (Ali) was downright rude and unprofessional, which made an already disappointing experience even more frustrating. What really shocked me, though, was the behaviour of the restaurant manager, Ali. Despite paying for half board, we were suddenly told we couldn’t order freely from the menu. On the first day, we ordered what we wanted - as anyone would reasonably expect - only for Ali to scold us whilst we were eating our food. He actually came over, sat down beside us at the table, and began lecturing us in front of other guests. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and incredibly disrespectful. From then on, Ali would passively harass us every time we sat down to eat. He’d hover around our table, give us looks, and we even overheard him speaking about us to other staff members, making us feel completely unwelcome and out of place. It created a hostile atmosphere that ruined what should have been a relaxing dining experience. To make matters worse, we witnessed Ali wash his face at the bar sink one morning - a place where drinks are served to guests. It was shocking and completely unhygienic. That moment, combined with everything else, showed a total lack of basic standard - both in cleanliness and professionalism. It’s clear that management has no interest in maintaining standards or ensuring guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly not be returning. What shocked me most, however, was the utter disregard for safety. I’ve attached a photo showing a power drill that was left lying around by the kids’ pool area. That’s beyond neglectful - it’s dangerous. I can’t understand how any hotel could allow such a serious hazard to go unnoticed.
