From the moment we arrived at Club Cactus Paradise, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and kindness. While the hotel may not be ultra-modern in style, everything else is top-class – especially the location, atmosphere, and service. A special shout-out to Muslu, who greeted us upon arrival and made the check-in smooth and stress-free with his exceptional professionalism and support. He really set the tone for what turned out to be a truly amazing stay. Throughout our holiday, we were continually impressed by the daytime activities and entertainment organized by the energetic and talented Halil and his team. They brought life, fun, and positive vibes every single day without being pushy – just the perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation. The restaurant and bar teams deserve a huge thank-you as well – every member was supportive, funny, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff always made sure we were comfortable and happy. You could feel the love and warmth in every interaction. Club Cactus Paradise is a perfect spot for families with children, and equally great for adults who want to relax in a friendly, not-too-crowded environment full of fun, laughter, great food, and a beautiful atmosphere. It could be a very nice hotel. Good location, next to the beautiful sea. The beach and water are clean. Good kitchen. If you're a smoker or love to be a passive smoker it is a haven for you. There are no non-smoking areas outside anywhere even the balcony. Fresh sea air will be mixed with the smoke. If you're a pet lover it is an excellent place to feed starving and aggressive homeless dogs and cats around in hotel territory. Be careful with kids. If you're bored of smiling people and welcoming staff this place is for you. Nobody will bother you with saying Good morning! If you're not planning on having fun or being in contact with the world, friends, relatives and colleagues, this hotel is for you. No WiFi in a room and very poor connection in the lobby. If you are not using electronics this hotel is for you. Only one outlet in a room. Have fun with the Cactus. Not me anymore.

Good hotel, great food, the personal is ok but there is a lot of cats that attack kids and adults Coming to deep injuries and various diseases. They only photograph the wounds and do nothing else. Very bad service from this side and I don't think it should be full of aggressive cats around children
