We have been here for 2 weeks (3 adult 1 kid). All in all it was a good stay. Clean rooms and the cleaning lady was always friendly and came daily to clean the rooms. The food was okay. I personally didn't like it so I had a hard time but the others liked it. Animation was mostly off due to not "season" time. Was a bit boring. No one made efforts to introduce the Animation or events so we missed like almost all events.
Excellent stay - great sea coast, good and variable menu in the main restaurant. We enjoyed the animations, gyms, theatre and disco. The animators are friendly an bond with the clients. Didnt like the Alacart options - have seen better.
I had a truly relaxing stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for unwinding. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommend if you're looking for a calm and restful getaway!
