Very clean hotel, clean rooms, very good service, very perfect hotel, this is a good choice hotel for a holiday in bodrum,

Lovely hotel in a great quiet location with very friendly staff. Hosts a great pool for lounging and access to Bitez beach, about 10 mins via private minivan. Stayed for 7 nights and only fault was the cleaning staff who only visited once however trolley with extra towels and toiletries were available not too far from the room. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious with veranda/balcony however a bit dated with no or very limited WiFi.

The worst experience I have had at a hotel / timeshare apart hotel ever. 50-100 parking spots for +150 rooms. So you will probably have to park on the street. Very sketchy and you can hit your car when parking on the sidewalks. False advertising for the rooms and hotel, NO WIFI in the rooms, phone in the room not working so one can’t contact the lobby, and the shower drain was blocked so the shower flooded when I took a shower. Finally my biggest complaint was the fact that I had to ask for a blanket 4 times and had to go to the lobby multiple times to get one. I went at 12:05am to ask for one, they said it will be in your room in a few minutes. After 30 minutes passed and nobody showed up, i went to the lobby again to ask and they told me so sorry it will be right there. I went back to my room (is a 5-10min walk from my room) and continued to wait another 10 minutes. When nobody showed up, I had to go back to the lobby and ask for the blanket for the third time. I told them If this happened again I will have to post about it online so people know what to expect from a TERRIBLE hotel such as CLUB DEDEMAN. It was surprising that I waited another 10 minutes in my room and had to go back a 4th time to ask for 1 blanket. This time I made them bring the blanket to the lobby because I lost faith and I just wanted a refund and to leave. They told me to wait until the morning to speak to the manager. I told them I will be recording our conversations for customer protection. I just spoke to her and I was very disappointed. They said sorry all that happened and there is nothing they can do about it, as they manage these “timeshares”. She said this is what people should expect anyways. Absolutely ridiculous. I cant let future tourists stay here without being informed of how it actually is and how they treat their guests. Its 6000 turkish lira for a night, which at this time is approximately 190$ per night. Minimum wage in Turkey is 480$ at this time. Please do the math and tell me if this price could be justified. Do not come here or stay here!!!!
