We have stayed four times at Club del Carmen over the years . It is fantastic. Every year they have improved a little bit more , have an extra item added to make it even better. Their staff are second to none, friendly , efficient and kind . The apartments and villas are spotlessly clean , very modern and equipped with everything you need. Pool area is super too. I would recommend them to any visitor to Lanzarote.
Amazing stay! Every staff members are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone who is coming to Lanzarote. Food is 10/10 and staff in restaurant very well mannered and quick to assist you. Rooms clean 10/10 and comfy. Pool at hotel also which is clean and well maintained. Close to the shops and beach. Felt so comfortable here and we will defiantly be back. Everything about the place is 10/10. We will defiantly be back and recommending to everyone. Thank you for our amazing stay and help.
Great location. Very clean and simple. Although the AMOUNT of extra charges I got hit by when I left wasn’t normal. Got charged for a different room altogether, then for some Water Foundation thing and then late checkout even though I was gone by 9:50am. No fresh towels available unless you pay almost €30. Food was dreadful (but we expected that) and over priced for the quality. Other than that, it was great.
