Club Esse Mediterraneo

We had "girls" vacation with my 6 years old daughter and we've stayed 2 nights in Club Esse Mediterraneo. Ladies from reception were just amazing: well English-speaking, kind and very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable, better I've expected. Breakfast buffet has everything we've needed: from cereals and omelette to pastries and fruits. Coffee is so-so, sorry). Friendly staff in restaurant too. There are big deep-water pool with sunbeds around and small pool for little ones. There also assigned sunbeds and umbrellas on the sandy beach. The water in the sea is not deep, what is great for kids of for those who can't swim. And, of course, the most important thing in the hotel - Kid's Club and Animation Team😆. We've met many friendly people there. Because of Elena from Kid's Club, we have to come back). Because my daughter just loves her🥰 Thank you all for good moments and memories!

Rude staff. Felt like they hate guests and their job. Fillthy rooms, smelly hallways. Avoid at all costs To the staff: just leave your job let others who care about guests come in and maybe save this place. Good location and infrastructure ks being hurt by people who do their job poorly and turn a vacation experience into a noghtmare

If I could give this less than 1 star I would.. Food is overpriced pool is closed. $25 per person is outrageous for a less than spectacular buffet. The rooms are HOTTTT this is my biggest problem. At night it is OK because we have to leave the balcony window open. We leave and room service closes our window and it's 100 or more in the room. No fans and no option to turn AC on because apparently it's winter here but yet it's 90 out. NEVER AGAIN save yourself the trouble they don't care!
