Everything was great, the people were very friendly, and the location was a 10/10. The pool closed a little early, at 6:00 PM in late July. Housekeeping didn't provide a trash bag one day, didn't provide toilet paper another day, and didn't provide a bedspread yet another, but nothing major. We would definitely come back.
Spectacular views of La Maddalena and the surrounding mountains. Clean and fresh rooms. Excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful for all tastes. The staff is friendly and professional.
Welcoming hotel and beautiful facilities. It's a shame about the ants everywhere in the room, all over our things. The reception service was unsatisfactory, as we asked for a bottle of water after midnight and were told the bar was closed, the tap water was undrinkable, and Palau was completely closed. After some persistence, we were granted our request, but it's unacceptable that after midnight there isn't even a bottle of water available.
