One of the most peaceful places on this Earth
term 'all-inclusive' is not applicable. limited opening times of the bar (until 22:00h). coffee and water (in bottles) are not for free (apart from the machine coffee at the breakfast) - apart from the liquor. quality of the food served is not what you can expect in a restaurant and often out-of-stock. only water and wine available during food in the restaurant. no other drinks. light (diet) soft drinks are not known (at all). apart from the 3 meals, no food is offered (no snacks). wi-fi connection is very limited available. as the location is situated in the middle of nowhere, having a phonecall by the mobile phone is a challenge. for going to the beach, people are depending on limited transportation arranged by hotel (or take a walk for 15 minutes). on the beach there is no food/drinks available - there are beds and parasols. the whole area around the hotel does not seem to offer a wide spectrum of services making tourists happy. some round trips are offered by Itaka travel agency for extra fee. accommodation is not worth 4 stars. built is 2006, it doesn't seem to have a had sufficient maintenance. on the moment I visited this place, it seems the hotel population exists to both local Italians with a limited wallet size and Polish, both families and seniors (hotel staff does speak English, luckily). to the Polish I would recommend looking at a destination in Turkey. though I understand it is difficult to compete for a Sicilyan hotel with the established Turkish all-inclusive resorts on this price level, I don't think it's a fair point to put the label 'all-inclusive' on the service you offer. let me end with the remark that the most of the employees are doing their best. the animation/entertainment team in this perspective deserves a compliment.
the place didint have internet in rooms, and my own sim card didint work in side the hotel room, like a throwback to the early 2000. The breakfast looked like it planned a 8year old kid. everything was coated with sugar and the juices were so sweet that i could not drink them. Nothing else straight from morning except sugar.
