Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the level of service and hospitality was inconsistent. It’s important to implement regular training to standardize the quality of guest service across all team members. Some simple improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience. For example: • The pool bar should always have a staff member available to serve drinks to guests in the pool area. • The drink machine at the beach and bar remained off for a long period due to the arrival of a large group of teenagers. Guests who paid for an all-inclusive package should not be negatively impacted by such situations. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning and remote controls in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. Regarding breakfast, guests should not be asked to leave the restaurant at 10:00 AM. A more appropriate approach would be to stop food service at 10:00 while allowing guests already seated to finish their meals. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables was often lacking. We frequently had to clean them ourselves, as the cleaning process could not keep up with the volume of guests. In summary, the location has great potential and infrastructure, but without a well-trained and consistently prepared staff to deliver at least a 4-star standard, the overall experience falls short.

This was not terrible holiday but it was not perfect. For start (it's really important) THIS IS NOT a 4-stars hotel. Maybe 2 stars... This place be past its best. Rooms, restaurants, or even reception needs capital renovation. Old furniture, a little bit obsolete bathrooms, bar and restaurant like a from 2000... Serious problem? English... The stuff don't speak in English. Really simple words was a problem. this is unacceptable in holiday hotel / resort. Animators were running away from us... Really weird. What was good? Beach near the hotel, "tropical nature on the all resort" and really good weather. Rooms service too, everyday cleaning on the good level. Eating OK but only OK. So, maybe you ask why didn’t talk about the problem but it was impossible due to not knowing English :)

I stayed 1 week in this resort. The place was just amazing, but its not worth it for the money that we gave. The staff to the restaurant was not speeding English, just 2 people, the other ones not. The rooms are great but the jacuzzi is not working, the wc didnt have a key to lock it and the shower has a clear glass and everyone sees you when you take a shower. The pools are great but it didn't have seats for all. The beach is amazing. They need to repear some things and the most important thing, one the park that kids play we saw 2 big snakes!!!!
