Great Value for the Price I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. The location is excellent—close to everything you need and easy to get around. While the building is a bit old, the rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price, it’s definitely a great deal. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with good service and a convenient location, this place is worth considering.

The hotel generally is nice Nice nature, beautiful swimming pool, very big and nice garden. But it most take a little more care about its rooms. And put more and new swings in the garden as the existing are old and few. There were open buffet for the dinner but now they do not have it, you just order from menu. But generally the food is good and more than enough. Sı in general i would go again despite the quality of rooms, because the nature and views are more than beautiful. Need a little renewal Also Ağva and its beach is beyond the beautiful.....

On my last report citing charges are more for child than adults, the hotel reverted and mentioned that there is an accounting error and they will refund the extra charge made for the child. But it’s the not-value-for-money pricing that leaves a sour taste. Family Room size: Small, with no balcony Queen bed, Clean linens, Good cupboard space, room safe, wall mounted TV, small study table, disposable slippers, small day bed setup in corner as extra bed Note: There is no electric kettle available in the room. Bathroom: Size decent, old fixtures, clean towels, toilet paper, toiletries (soap, shampoo) Swimming Pool: Unused (winters), algae filled Lawns: Huge but not manicured, lots of chairs, benches to sit, volleyball net setup Dining Hall: Better maintained. Dinner buffet included multiple Turkish cold salad options and fish, sausages. Fruits for dessert. We didn’t have soup since we couldn’t identify if it was vegetarian or non-vegetarian and there was no English speaking person around to help that time. Entertainment: None Breakfast: Very Disappointing. Olives and marmalades with couple of green salads. No butter available to go with bread. No omelette only boiled eggs. Only Turkish tea, no English breakfast tea for non-Turkish guests. No juice or milk for children. The owner lady was very friendly and tried to accommodate our vegetarian request for dinner. Thankfully we found something in the buffet items that we could have. The place is usually quiet owing to the environs and location but at night everything echoes through the walls. So one can sleep after the last person sleeps. People talking in hallway, doors opening and closing, footsteps can be all heard in the room loudly. Also music flowing in from neighbouring hotels. The half board pricing is extremely unfair and seems they do not want you to travel with children. They charge 750TL for double occupancy. And 450TL for a 12-year old child in the same room! Never seen any other hotel that charges more for the child than adults!!! We agreed to pay since it was a last minute booking for us and we expected a better value for money place but it was very disappointing experience for the price and we felt cheated. The staff is very friendly. The deck facing the creek gets good winter sun to sit outside on sunny days.
