Club Grand Side All Inclusive

It was our 4th time in Turkey since 2019 and the 3rd in the Alanya region, but our stay at Club Grand Side was by far the best so far. Everything, from the quality and cleanliness of the rooms to the available facilities (fantastic playground for kids!), was amazing and we could not have dreamt about a more pleasurable stay. The Amazon Water World section of the hotel was everything our kids could dream of, with a very smooth entry to the wave pool (perfect for our 1.5yo) plus the relax river, the slides and everything around that. The area of the hotel is huge which can be an issue for some guests, but we certainly appreciated the walks, especially the really scenic walk down to the beach. The staff of the hotel was really nice and helpful, although we could've appreciated better English skills and not being forced to use German at times (the hotel is focused on guests from Germany). Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay at Club Grand Side and though there are probably many other, more luxurious hotels with huge aquaparks on the premises, we will strongly consider Club Grand Side for our next stay in the area as it is a perfect choice for a family vacation.

The hotel is 100% family-friendly with kids of all ages. The place is big, a little bit too big for my taste. People working here work hard and are very nice!! 👍👏 and friendly! The food is typical all-inclusive - BE AWARE OF THE WATER BACTERIA HERE - just be careful, and if you get the SULTAN STOMACH BUG - there are Apteka/Pharmacy everywhere with medication to put you back on your feet. After all, we gut the stomach bug and we had a good time. Ohhh, and one more thing, it is expensive to do anything here! And negotiate anything!!

The staff are very rude, the wifi doesnt work at all. I have to buy the internet for myself, because it’s out ot the EU zone. The blanket is like the curtains. The food are 10/7. The activities and the pools are great.
