Club Hotel Catedral Spa & Resort

Amazing staff, great service and excellent location.

We stayed 4 nights for skiing. The location is good but NOT ski in/ski out. It is about a 5 minute walk to lifts. I felt the rooms and service were not commiserate with the price. Our bed was cheap and uncomfortable with no headboard. Just two twin mattresses against the wall. Pillows and bedding were very cheap. They give you one key to your room and state you should leave at the front desk when leaving so that if you have more than one person you have a key to enter. This was an annoying overhead to have to go to front desk every time you enter and leave your room. The food and drinks were extremely pricey for the quality. I did like the downstairs lodge area. Overall for the price I would not recommend staying. They charge 4 star pricing but at best provide 3 star experience.

Very bad conserved. To take a hot shower you have to do it earlier in the afternoon if not you have cold water. The service is not good. It’s very noisy, the walls are made of paper. There is not any relationship between the high price and the poor quality of everything. The restaurants are very limited and the quality is poor. Only good, location
