Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach

Literally 10/10 Never been to a such beautiful place before! The rooms were like tiny little flats, so amazing. If needed, you could ask for more pillows or blankets, so sweet! The food was AMAZING! They always made something different and it always was very very tasty! The staff was very very nice and tried to help whenever possible. There also is a small Bar at the pool where you can eat alot of food and other things. So amazing! The only thing is that the Lifeguards Boat had two different sizes paddles, so he struggled when he had to get out to sea. But really a wonderfull, love-filled place! The location of this accommodation is amazing. The staff are amazing although some could learn abit of basic English to make it better to communicate. The view around the large swimming pool is outstanding so beautiful. The rooms themselves are OK but the beds are quite uncomfortable but kinda get used to it. The air conditioning could be better. The Internet was abit of an issue but they are upgrading so hopefully it will be all good in future. The food was outstanding there was always something I would eat and I never felt hungry. Overall I would recommended this accommodation and I'd definitely return in the future.

Unfortunately, very disappointing – our family vacation at the Hotel ITI Marina in Budoni was not what we expected. The hotel appears to be noticeably neglected and appears to have not been renovated in a long time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our all-inclusive package did not cover all drinks, which surprised us, as we assumed everything was included. It was particularly disappointing that the cocktails we would have liked were not included in the package – even though the manager agreed to provide them after our discussion. This caused displeasure among the baristas, who then treated us rudely. In addition, the air conditioning in the room did not work, which made our stay even more difficult, especially in the hot temperatures. Dining hours are also very limited, only from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and the selection is very limited – there's little more to eat than ice cream or melon. The pool area at the back is nice, but according to the signs, it's for adults only and only allowed with an adult. My child was even reprimanded for being there, which we found very unfortunate. On the positive side, we highlighted the delicious food, coffee, and breakfast, as well as the friendly cleaning staff, who did a great job. Unfortunately, the beach area is very unkempt, and the staff there seem inexperienced and unprofessional in dealing with guests. Overall, we are very sorry we stayed at this hotel. It does not meet the expectations one has of a hotel vacation.
