We just came back from this amazing holiday. First of all, we booked our holiday through "loveholidays" and I wish I could know about all the fees that the hotel got. Of course we expected the tourist fees, but, also they got the "facilities fees" which is 10€ per day, per person, I wasn't ready for that. And because our daughter is 4, we had to pay for her as well... The pool area is amazing, and always was free... You barely could see someone far away swimming.. Lots of evening activities, entertainment.. karaoke.. The staff in the hotel is brilliant, the waitress moving very fast and at the bar the guys were amazing..in my opinion at the reception they could improve the service and attitude
This hotel was disappointing, many of the services were not available such as massages and the room was very loud the whole night with surrounding guests. The breakfast and dinner buffet were okay and the room was clean. Would be better in warmer weather when more amenities were available. The staff were very helpful and kind.
It’s hell hotel. Dirty rooms, nothing to eat at the morning except baked. Vegetables is old and not fresh🤮🤢. Noise in the breakfast place more than at airports. Bed blankets with yellow spots. And no money return if you want to leave hotel . Please 🙏 if you have an another option go there. I’m a hostage here for 5 days.
