We spent a wonderful week at Club Hotel Phaselis Rose – it’s not just a hotel, it’s a true experience. The location is absolutely breathtaking, made even more special by the stunning backdrop of the Taurus Mountains. Being so close to nature and surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden made it feel like a dream. The food selection was plentiful, varied, and delicious. A special highlight was the beachfront restaurant, where we could prepare our own hamburgers – such a fun and unique touch! The selection of alcoholic drinks was also impressive, with tasty cocktails and quality beverages. Cleanliness was a top priority throughout the entire hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was spotless and well-kept. We’ve rarely encountered a hotel where so much attention was paid to even the smallest details. The evening entertainment was simply incredible. Every night offered something exciting, with high-quality performances and varied shows. It was clear that the staff genuinely strive to make guests feel as good as possible. The beach was clean and well-maintained, just like the rest of the hotel. We recommend bringing water shoes, but that doesn’t take away from the amazing experience at all. Overall, we had a perfect holiday. This hotel truly stands out – not only because of the high-quality services, but also thanks to the care and attention we felt everywhere. One thing is certain: we will definitely be returning!

We spent 8 days at Club Hotel Phaselis Rose, and it was a fantastic choice for a family vacation! The hotel offers plenty of attractions for kids – several pools, a water park, and a private pebble beach with a large pier and a bar. The kids loved jumping straight into the sea from the pier! The food was very good – fresh and varied, with something for everyone. Delicious snacks were served between main meals at the main pool and bar, which was perfect for relaxing by the water. In the evenings, the hotel organized fun themed parties and shows, providing great entertainment for both children and adults. The hotel staff deserves special praise – very friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival (after dinner hours), they invited us to have a warm meal first and only afterward completed the check-in formalities. It was a very pleasant surprise and a great start to our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with views of the mountains and the sea, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to families looking for relaxation and fun!

First of all one of the waiters called Noah was one of the friendliest and kindest members of staff I've ever dealt with at a hotel. He was a pleasure to be around and he deserved to be praised. We rated this hotel highly hence the high stars for the rooms, service and location. But what happened at the end of the trip but a downer on the holiday, and we are extremely disappointed in the hotel. We had a great family trip here for 10 nights , the facilities and food were great. Most the staff were friendly and talkative and provided a professional service. The issue that ruined all of this was the fact my suitcase was left in reception and not put on to our transfer with the other bags. My suitcase was taken from the room by a worker to be put with the rest of my family's luggage in reception. Upon arrival of the transfer , one of the hotel staff moved our luggage across to the mini bus driver so it could be loaded on to the vehicle. I was in the bathroom while this was taking place and when I came out I had to help get our 1 year old son on to the mini bus and settle him. As I was doing this I saw his small case and travel cot being put on to the back of the mini bus , so I had no reason to doubt that any of the suitcases would be missing . Upon arrival at the airport, the mini bus driver unloaded our luggage and left. It was then we realised my suitcase was missing . I rang the number on Google for the hotel asap which ended up being for the head office. They gave me the hotel receptions number. When I finally got through i was passed on to 3 different people , and there wasn't much understanding. Some lady finally took my details and said she would get back in touch with me regarding my case. After waiting 15 mins my wife rang back and finally got some understanding out of one of the women . She confirmed the bag was there and it would be £100 to send it in a taxi as they accept NO LIABILITY for suitcases. I was fuming at this point but had no choice as I would miss my flight and had no time to argue the cost. My suitcase did arrive with the taxi just about on time for me to make my flight but it made the whole airport experience very stressful and I had to sprint around and jump queues while pushing our 1 year old around . If the hotel says they DONT ACCEPT LIABILITY for suitcases , then why offer a service of taking suitcases to and from your room and also helping load them on to the transfer ? That makes no sense at all. So if my suitcase got lost from my room on the way to reception using a worker , that would be my fault too ? Disgusting really from a '5 Star resort'. There wasn't even any apology from the persons on the phone which was awful. The amount of money the hotel made from us as a family of 9 staying all inclusive across 3 rooms , and they have the indecency to make me spend another £100 to retrieve my case even though it was there fault. Even if they had made an offer of splitting the cost, I would have not left this review. So the workers who dealt with this have let the hotels reputation down in the end. We actually planned to come back next year and maybe make it a yearly thing, but that won't be happening now, so for the sake of £100 you've cost your hotel £1000s. Thanks for making what was a very pleasant 10 day experience with my family end in such a downer to the point I thought I was going to miss my flight or have to leave a suitcase full of valuable things behind . Side Note: Bring an iron if you need one , they dont provide any and they charge an extortionate ironing fee . It was £4 for 1 t-shirt .
