It is my first trip in Turkey, however, it is wonderful trip. Hotel has a very large territory with elegant sculptures, bars and other facilities. Food is everywhere, sometimes is not tasty (cause I have specific regional prefers), but u can always find many dishes from 8-10 of 10. But it is more reasonable to admit that staff is very nice polite and perceptive (for example, Suleyman answer for all our questions about tea). I will recommend this hotel to every person who will ask my recommendation about holidays in Turkey.

We have been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years and every time it excels our expectations! It’s really easy to make connections with staff from cleaners, to waiters, to managers! Everyone is very welcoming and happy to help! I must applaud Ikra! She is an absolute gem! She was our waitress in the royal restaurant and I cannot express enough how amazing she is! She is a ray of sunshine and greets us every morning with the biggest, most genuine smile! She always checked up on us, asking how we were, if we needed anything, she was happy to help! I looked forward to see her every morning! She is what makes the different between a hotel and a home!

Serious Complaint: Discriminatory and Unprofessional Service at Mexico Restaurant I am writing this review with deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment we received at the Mexico Restaurant in Club Hotel Sera. During our dining experience, we were subjected to what appeared to be racial discrimination by the service staff. While guests at nearby tables were frequently attended to—with their water and wine glasses promptly refilled multiple times—we were left waiting for over 20 minutes with empty glasses. Despite politely requesting service from three different waiters, clearly stating our need for water and red wine refills, we were ignored completely. Instead of assisting us, they stood in the corner whispering among themselves, making no effort to respond to our repeated requests. It was only after we escalated the matter to the manager and voiced our frustration loudly that they reluctantly provided service—but in an impatient and dismissive manner, without any apology. The excuse given was that the restaurant was “too busy,” which is unacceptable. This restaurant operates by reservation only and is fully booked every night, so claiming they were unexpectedly busy is not a valid explanation—especially when we clearly saw that other tables continued to receive prompt and attentive service. Furthermore, when a staff member from the hotel’s Customer Service department was called in, they approached us without first understanding the situation from their colleagues, asking us directly “what’s the problem” in a tone that lacked any professionalism or empathy. Even after we explained the entire situation multiple times, the staff continued to dismiss our concerns by blaming the so-called “busy environment” instead of acknowledging their unprofessional behavior and lack of basic courtesy. This experience has left us feeling disrespected and deeply dissatisfied. We expected a standard of service that treats all guests equally, regardless of race or background. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and this incident has significantly impacted our overall impression of Club Hotel Sera. We hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides appropriate training to ensure equality, professionalism, and respect for all guests in the future.
