7 day stay in May 2025. Overall the Hotel is now looking a bit tired, but the staff are super friendly and helpful. They operate a 2 tier All Inclusive program which I didn’t like, so be aware if you’re staying here with TUI on an All Inclusive basis, as not everything is included. The main pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay so only half was available, which wasn’t a problem on the first couple of days but as more people arrived, space became a premium. TUI could’ve let us know about that as we would’ve probably chosen a different hotel, but never mind. We had a room in the Adults Only area of the hotel, which you may think was a good option for a couple with no children, however late night revellers returning anytime between 01:00 to early morning created some unwanted noise. You can hear lots of noise transfer between rooms and floors because of the tiled floor, but I guess that’s to be expected, after all the hotel needs to be practical. Rooms are generally clean and tidy but now need updating. Pools on the whole, were ok. Much like the rest of the hotel, they are in need of some TLC, which as I mentioned earlier, they appear to be taking care of. Generally I’d say that the hotel offers a 3*** plus service, but at a reasonable price. We paid £650pp for a week with TUI from the UK.

I spent two weeks with my family here. I'll start with the positive things. The beach is unique and very beautiful, from the hotel itself there are very beautiful views of the ocean. They have thought of an adult area, which I like. The pools are large and the palm trees around them create the feeling that you are in a fairy tale place. There is also good WiFi throughout the hotel. The food in the hotel is beyond criticism, monotonous and very poorly prepared. There is only one meat dish, which is very rarely edible, the other option is to get something from the grill, where in most cases it is raw and not well cooked, because they work on a very weak grill on purpose, they put a small piece of meat for you and if you ask for another one they are very rude to you. The queues for the grill are long because this is the only option if you want to eat something, but it is deliberately cooked on a weak grill and the chefs work slowly in order to make you give up. The only thing you get from them is rude and arrogant attitude and they literally make fun of people. You can't have eight dishes on the hot buffet, one of meat, one of fish and the rest vegetarian and have a separate vegan buffet, what's the point? The desserts are beyond criticism and are useless. The only good thing is the breakfast, it's good. I'm a chef with a long experience in hotels and restaurants all over the world, but I've never seen such a joke with people about food. You also have the option of a themed dinner in the Barbecue restaurant or the Spanish restaurant. After I wanted to reserve a table for the Spanish restaurant, I was told that it's not open because it's high season. If it's not open in the high season, what's the point of this restaurant at all. The drinks are also very bad, the alcohol is diluted, there are few staff at the bars and you have to wait 30 minutes to get a drink. I understand that it is all-inclusive and I don't expect much from it. After I bought the plus package, the quality of the alcohol improved a lot, but in my opinion it is also diluted. The staff works slowly, there is a case where the bartender doesn't know how to make a cocktail and even though you pay for the plus package, he refuses to make it for me. There were also very cool and positive bartenders, as well as waiters who made my stay nice. The room was decent, but in two weeks in this hotel they changed my sheets once and that was because I went to ask them, because they haven't been changed for a week. Overall, the staff kept it in good shape. During the day, most of the day, the air conditioning system is turned off and doesn't work, and when it does work, it works very poorly. Otherwise, the hotel needs renovation, it has a pretty bad appearance, there are broken tiles and fallen plaster in many places. A highly exaggerated 4* hotel, the maximum I can give is 3*. I have been to hotels with fewer stars and they looked much better and the food was much better. The animation needs a lot of thought, quite boring and monotonous. The live music is different artists every night, but they play the same songs and so you listen to the same music every night, which is quite annoying. I would recommend the hotel only as a place because of the beach and the areas around the pool, but for food and drinks they were nothing more than disgusting, especially the food.

Definitely not a 5* hotel! The only good thing about it is the sea and the palm trees otherwise the food is VERY basic, air conditioning is only in the rooms and very weak. The indoor spaces like the restaurants, game rooms, reception, lobby etc have no AC. The toilets are not clean. At night there’s hardly any lighting for you to see the outdoor space. No creativity in using some moonlighting or just normal lighting! The phone lines were broken. This place seriously requires renovation and it does not deserve a 4* entitlement at all. I’m not happy at all and I feel like my money has gone to waste. I booked through TUI and i wish i didnt.
