We had an absolutely amazing time at Derby Club Mahindra! It’s a beautiful resort with everything you could ask for — comfort, great hospitality, and peaceful vibes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, making our stay really relaxing. The entire property is well maintained and has a very calm and luxurious feel to it. What made the experience truly special was the staff — each and every employee was so polite, helpful, and professional. They made sure we felt welcomed at all times and went out of their way to assist us with everything. Yes, the meals are on the costlier side, but honestly, it’s totally worth it — the food was delicious, fresh, and served beautifully. You get what you pay for in terms of quality and experience. The service was excellent, quick, and always with a smile. Every request was handled smoothly without any fuss. Overall, it’s a place where you can truly relax, enjoy, and make memories. Would highly recommend Derby Club Mahindra to anyone looking for a premium and peaceful stay. Can’t wait to visit again! 🌿✨

The gardens and colonial-style architecture give the resort a charming atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they felt a bit compact and slightly dated. Basic amenities were available, and everything was functional. Service was generally polite, but there were occasional delays with housekeeping and restaurant orders. The food at the in-house restaurant was decent with a good range of Indian dishes. Some items felt slightly overpriced, but overall, the quality was satisfactory. The resort also organizes family-friendly activities, which adds value to the stay, especially for those with children. It’s a peaceful place to relax and unwind. While it may not feel luxurious in every aspect, it’s a good choice for a short getaway in Ooty, especially for Club Mahindra members.

When we arrived, the rooms were scattered in different locations. The first ones we saw were in poor condition, and even the replacements given were just average. Basic amenities like proper shower curtains were missing, and hygiene was lacking. We spent nearly 30k for nothing..this place is highly overrated. I would not recommend it.
