Club Mahindra Dwarka

Overall, it is a good resort but not as good as other Club Mahindra resorts. The food was tasty, and the kitchen staff was helpful. However, the housekeeping staff seemed slow and unresponsive at times. In one instance, they were denying bringing water to the Fun zone, which is on the 2nd floor, which didn't have any water purifier beforehand. The swimming pool water felt dirty towards the deeper side. Hope Club Mahindra resolves these issues.

Poor room. I booked a 1 Bedroom and I am a member of Club Mahindra. There is seepage in the walls. See picture attached. The kids bed was covered with a wet sheet. When I asked, they said it's fresh out of laundry!!Wow what an amazing service...!! Update - The property manager was kind to meet me. He was very receptive and empathetic and assured resolution. Loved that there was someone to listen. Changing the rating from 1 star to 4 star.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. I expected much more in terms of comfort and quality. First of all, the room’s AC wasn’t working properly. It was difficult to get a comfortable temperature, and the room felt uncomfortable throughout my stay,although when we complained the rooms were replaced the NEXT day which really affected my overall experience. The dining experience wasn’t any better. I ordered a PANEER & vegetable dish, but instead of the creamy, rich paneer I was expecting, and both the dish was loaded with an overwhelming amount of green peas—too many, to be honest. The balance was completely off, and the dish just wasn’t tasty at all. It felt like I was eating a pea curry rather than the flavorful paneer dish & veg. Dish, I had hoped for.Also we had received a Dragan IDLI, a bit extraordinary but yeah it was far worse made up of idlis made in the morning as they were out of PANEER Chili dry which we ordered, they gave us idli covered with gravy of PANEER chili drys Considering the price I paid for my food, I left feeling like it was a waste of money. The poor food quality made it hard to justify the cost. I won’t be returning anytime soon.We don't expect a experience like this with a reputated club like The Club Mahindra.
