I stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is located just 500 meters from Mall Road, though the approach road is quite steep. However, it’s absolutely worth the effort, as the resort offers direct access to Gun Hill through its internal escalators—a unique and convenient feature. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. Every day, the Happy Hub team organizes fun activities, adding to the lively atmosphere. The only downside is that the food is slightly on the expensive side for non-members, but the quality is good. Overall, it’s a memorable place to stay, and once you return home, you’ll definitely find yourself missing it!
Amazing ambience of the resort. Great location. Only a small issue that is height of the resort to reach. Which is also being handled by Club Mahindra for Check in and Check out. Else pick and drop is chargeable to reach resort on daily basis according to your stay. Each side is charged 100/- per trip. Else overall stay is amazing and location too with hospitality which is always commendable. Recommended 👍
A very average resort as compared to the standards set by Club Mahindra. Our stay at Club Mahindra Mussoorie was something we looked forward to after a long, exhausting journey — but sadly, it began on a disappointing note. There was no welcome at reception. The staff was busy arguing on a call, leaving us waiting and feeling like an afterthought. After an 8–9 hour drive, we had to ask for drinking water multiple times — a basic human courtesy — and there was no welcome drink either. The rooms, though clean, lacked any warmth or premium feel. What upset us most was the water seepage in the bathroom gallery — every step released water onto the floor. Staff had to line towels along the walkway, which felt more like damage control than hospitality. We asked for a simple tea and sandwich at 6:15 PM in the designated sitting area, only to be told service starts at 7:30. It was only after walking to the front desk and requesting, that someone agreed to help. The checkout process was equally chaotic — despite prior notice, we waited an hour for our car. What hurt the most was the sense that guests aren’t truly cared for. The location is beautiful, yes — but at least trying to provide a good experience should never be optional. Surjeet Bhaiya from housekeeping was very helpful and tried to keep us comfortable to the best of his abilities.
