Amazing! Amazing! Experience. Staff is very helpful. Service is good. Food is very fresh and cooked well. Extremely neat and clean dining area. Kitchens in the Studio apartment are very very clean. Amazing activities with all the guests organised by the staff. Safe and clean game zone for kids. Washrooms are up to the mark. Last but not the least, views are very very beautiful and calming…situated at the top of the hill. I had a great weekend here with my family and friends. On weekends you will find a bit rush.

Great experience during our anniversary trip. Rooms were amazing with scenic views. Staff were very cordial and supportive. Nice ambiance at dining area and food was fabulously delicious. Evening walk through the property surrounded by the pine forest was such a joy. Special thanks for a surprise anniversary cake. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable.

Arun' is the worst employee of club mahindra prestine peak Naldehra I had a very disappointing experience at Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks, Naldehra. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst Club Mahindra properties I’ve stayed at, primarily due to extremely poor service and the unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Varun. The room service is highly unresponsive. For a property with over 150 rooms, they have only one contact number for room service, which is constantly busy. I tried calling for over 30 minutes just to place a lunch order, and by the time my call was finally connected, it was almost evening. The same issue occurred during dinner. However, what truly shocked me was the unprofessional and insulting behavior of a receptionist named Aarun. When I mentioned that the room service number never gets connected and that it's frustrating for guests, especially when the hotel is fully occupied, his response was dismissive. He suggested I come down and eat at the buffet instead. I explained to him that I am a well-known artist and prefer in-room dining due to privacy reasons. To my surprise, he laughed at my response and made fun of me during the call. (This incident occurred on April 22, 2025, at 9:30 PM — I request the management to review the call recording if they wish to verify this.) This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Laughing at a guest and mocking their identity is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Telling a guest to come down to the buffet instead of addressing the in-room dining issue is not a solution — it reflects a lack of empathy and professionalism. I have stayed at some of the best properties around the world and have never been insulted or disrespected by hotel staff the way I was by Aarun. If Club Mahindra values its brand and reputation, I strongly urge the management to provide proper training to their staff and reconsider the behavior standards they are upholding. I do not recommend purchasing a Club Mahindra membership — it’s a decision you may regret. And I strongly advise against staying at the Pristine Peaks, Naldehra property. It's a beautiful location, but the experience is completely ruined by the kind of staff that is currently running it. Worst experience. Unprofessional staff. Completely unacceptable.
