Every person in this resort needs tremendous applaud. From cleaning staff to higher staff. Even cleaners come forward greet you ,ask about your wellbeing. Its just unbelievable that in todays age such a warm hotel hospitality exists.Chef srinivasan k goes out of way personally looking into hospitality of the guest. His food is also delectable. Credit also goes to Sanghi and Vanshi, Mr Ellapan, Murali of the restra .whole resort resonates warm hospitality with staff putting level best.the staff is just a button call away. Mrs Pradeepa hospitality incharge took care of all our needs. Mr Ranvins (space science), Mrs Suriya (Arts activities) and Ms Pavitra (science lab)brought tremendous joy to our kids .every small detailed was looked into from giving kids certificates to the activities they conducted. To the security guard who came instantly to help when I was struggling with my wheelchair enabled mother.Beautiful property massive, well maintained, loaded with fun activities conducted by the club.the resort has everything you could possibly want.being a club member, been to other properties in south. This by far the best.nature they preserved is immaculate. From swarms of butterflies fluttering around. Kids loved chasing them to well manicured gardens and birds.eveything is just perfect which in my travel even international brand 5 star hotels have failed to deliver.well.done club mahindra puducherry. Had a wonderful stay. The property is pretty big with lots of facilities forbm kids to enjoy. The food was very good especially the south Indian recipes. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to chef Arun Kumar, chef Melwin. Appreciate Kavitha from housekeeping who did beautiful leaf art. Thanks to entire team.

We recently stayed at the resort and had a mixed experience. While the food was absolutely excellent — special compliments to the chef for the delicious and well-prepared meals — several other aspects did not meet expectations for a property positioned in the premium category. The room interiors were quite basic, with a cement floor that resembled a budget lodge, making it feel far from value for money. Additionally, most activities at the resort, even something as simple as a cycle for children, came with extra charges. This is quite unusual for star-category resorts where such amenities are typically complimentary. The location is quite remote from the city, which could have offered a peaceful retreat, but unfortunately, the resort was not well maintained. Though it boasts a private beach — a definite plus — it lacked basic comforts like sun loungers or umbrellas for guests to relax and enjoy the view. Moreover, the staff, while attentive, often hovered nearby to remind us of the prices of various items we interacted with, which felt intrusive and detracted from the overall hospitality experience. In summary, while the culinary experience was a highlight, the resort fell short in several key areas of comfort, value, and service. There is certainly room for improvement in order to justify its premium positioning.
