Activities were great and the GO’s made it awesome! I loved archery and Pedro made me want to come back everyday!
We returned to celebrate our 2-year wedding anniversary at the same incredible hotel where we got married, and somehow, it’s become even better than before—exceeding all expectations. The breathtaking views, pristine beach, and outstanding food and drinks were just as exceptional as we remembered. But what truly stood out this time was the unparalleled service and dedication of the staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for creating an amazing guest experience were remarkable. From anticipating our next drink the moment our glass was empty to suggesting fun activities and simply engaging in friendly, heartfelt conversations, every staff member seemed deeply invested in making our stay unforgettable. Their happiness in their roles was evident, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s management—clearly fostering a fantastic work culture that translates into world-class hospitality.
