This is a superb hotel, where everything is perfect and impeccable. But what truly made my stay unforgettable were three extraordinary people: Rana, Sama, and Bob. From the very beginning, they showed incredible attentiveness and care. They were present, understanding, reassuring, and supportive with an invaluable delicacy and kindness. Their presence made a huge difference. Every interaction with them brought comfort and allowed me to enjoy more my stay. It's rare to meet people like them, who genuinely care so much about others. Thank you to the three of you for your humanity, empathy, and warmth: this is what truly makes this hotel exceptional.

There is nothing not perfect. Everything was very joyful, the full experience. Starting from the welcoming staff at the reception, the smooth , check-in, the reception itself, the rooms, the smiling staff everywhere, the pool, the sea and of course the delicious food with lots of varieties along the different meals. Not to forget to mention, the most entertaining, enthusiastic animation team with each single member. That was the third time and definitely not the last time, so whenever you want to go to go to El Gouna, head to Club Paradisio! 😉

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The food was delicious and very diverse new and tasty everyday The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. The animation team brought so much joy and energy — they created a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cheerful and welcoming stay!
