Mehdi holiday Representive treated us so well. All thanks to him for being so efficient and patient with us The rooms was not cold enough and not that clean but the Services and the foods was okay

Just came back about a week ago, the hotel was clean and towels changed every day we were all inclusive but found the swim up bar was not a swim up bar, the vodka was watered down and they only did certain drinks, the snack bar was only opened from 5-6, the food was almost the same every night,and having to Que for certain foods aswell,I was constantly asking for glasses or spoons, On a positive note tho Mehdi the holiday rep for love holidays, was very helpful in helping me sort a taxi for my husband, booking our evening excursion with a discount ( which we absolutely loved (quad bike, camel ride and evening dinner and entertainment) and also sorted out my boarding cards for when we were leaving, he was such a great help so thank you Mehdi

This was my first ever trip to Marrakesh and although I had a pleasant time, some things let the trip down drastically. We arrived at the hotel and were told that we would need to wait several hours before we could enter the room. The front reception staff (although not rude) wasn’t friendly in relaying the information of the hotel amenities and when we explained that we had paid for early check in, it was overlooked. We had an amazing rep called Mehdi! He was so friendly, very accommodating and really made up for the not so pleasant welcoming we received. I think we wouldn’t have had such a great time if it wasn’t for Mehdi. He really took care of us whilst we stayed. He showed us all the excursions we could partake in. They were very affordable. He also helped us when we had extra guests in our room! (Cockroaches) to be precise. The all inclusive meals were very disappointing! We didn’t enjoy one single meal, breakfast lunch and dinner! All a complete let down! Nothing was marked or labelled so it was an ultimate guessing game. There’s one bar that serves all inclusive drinks with not much of a selection and watered down alcohol. The activities were nice, I can imagine my children having a nice time with the variety of games and stuff by the poolside . But I wouldn’t have been happy with them around the pool is the pool was very deep! The rooms were nice and clean, Unfortunately the cleaning staff kept taking the towels before we used them and took forever to bring them back! Very annoying after the first night! And didn’t improve til We left! I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. And to be honest isn’t left a great taste in my mouth to revisit Marrakesh!
