Club Prestige

My family and I had a great stay here the first week of July. The staff was very welcoming and professional. We were always greeted with the biggest smiles. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was fantastic. We really had a wonderful time. Big shoutout to Julia, Mounir and Mo and to the whole team in general.

We had an amazing week here, the resort is spacious, the food delicious and the rooms beautiful. All the gardens are kept really well and are lovely, the staff are all so helpful and friendly. The activities plentiful for all ages and the pools incredible We had a mobility scooter which was easy to use on the whole campus. Amazing and Thank you Club Med for a great holiday.

This is our second Club Med stay, the first was in Miches in the DR, which was exceptional. Unfortunately this stay in Morocco was less stellar. The transport from the airport cost $60 and had no working AC, in August heat. We had to move our own luggage halfway across a parking lot, instead of being picked up at the curb. I found this unacceptable start to a holiday. This property has the same vibe from the GO team and special teamed nights. The pools are great. But the rooms are tired and dated in the older parts of the property and even our room in the Family Oasis, which is newer, had unacceptable signs of wear with multiple things broken or in disrepair. Most of the programming is in French, although most of the staff do speak English. I found the staff mostly kind and helpful, although the bar staff were very inconsistent in how they made drinks and some were very unfriendly. All in all, it was an expensive trip and did not live up to the expectations we had compared to our previous Club Med stay.
