The location was great! The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating! We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. The safety is great, must use room card in the elevator to get to your floor. The room was clean and very nicely maintained. The only complaint I have is that there was no ice machine or ice bucket. The room we stayed in did not have a fridge or microwave. We only stayed one night, so not a big deal but definitely something we would’ve needed if we stayed longer.
Club Quarters Hotel has a fantastic location — right in the heart of downtown, close to everything: restaurants, shops, Millennium Park, and public transportation. It’s perfect if you want to explore the city on foot. However, the hotel itself could use some love. The rooms are a bit outdated, and the furniture shows signs of wear. The cleanliness was okay, but not spotless. Staff were polite but not very engaging. Overall, decent for the price, but it needs some upgrades to feel more comfortable.
Club Quarters Chicago Loop is a practical, no-frills option primarily geared toward business travelers. Located in the central business district, it's convenient for downtown meetings and attractions, though the area quiets down after work hours. The hotel is housed in an older building that's been updated, but still shows signs of needing further renovation. Rooms are basic but functional, meeting the needs of short professional stays. A self-service approach is emphasized, which suits independent travelers. The gym is small and often crowded in the mornings, but generally meets basic fitness needs. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short, efficient stay -- not luxurious, but dependable.
