What stood out the most about my stay was the consistent cleanliness. I was here for five nights, and every single day the room was cleaned thoroughly and looked just as pristine as it did when I checked in. Fresh towels, a perfectly made bed, vacuumed carpets — every detail was on point. Even the common areas like the business lounge and gym were extremely well maintained. It’s not easy to keep that level of cleanliness throughout an entire property, but this hotel does it effortlessly. It gave me peace of mind and made my stay stress-free.
Impeccable cleanliness and comfort I can't say enough about how clean this hotel is. Every area — from the lobby to the elevators to the rooms — was in pristine condition. The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining the space, and it shows. My room was bright, airy, and fresh. The bathroom was gleaming, and the towels looked brand new. I stayed for almost a week and the quality of cleaning was consistent every day. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or like something had been overlooked. In a city like Houston where there are tons of options, this level of cleanliness makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning.
I had a great stay at Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the tech-friendly gadget that lets you stream directly from your phone to the TV — super convenient! One of the best perks was the free, unlimited bottled water available in the hallway, which was incredibly thoughtful during the hot Houston days. The lobby also offers complimentary coffee that’s actually really good — a rare find in most hotels. Overall, it’s a old building with modern amenities, well-located hotel with smart amenities that truly enhance the experience. I would definitely stay again!
