Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick trip to NY. This hotel was very affordable compared to others in the same area. The building has a terrace on the 27th floor with awesome views, and there is a complimentary cappuccino machine in the living room area. The people working the desk are so friendly, and they will hold your bags after checking out so you can continue to explore if you want.

Amazing stay! Elias at the front desk was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and truly made me feel at home. Manny and Aaron were also wonderful. The hotel has a great location—close to public transit, the theater district, and walkable to so much. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and the rooftop terrace with beautiful city views. Plus, 12 pm checkout is a rare treat. I’ll definitely be back! Just a heads-up: the bathrooms only had bar soap, not liquid soap, in case that matters to you.

4/5 stars for our 3-night stay at Club Quarters Hotel near Grand Central Station in New York City. The hotel is centrally located with so much to do and see nearby. The rooms are small, but that’s understandable considering it’s NY real estate. The room was clean and the housekeeping looked after our room every day. The air conditioner inside the room was a bit weird—it kept alternating between freezing and sweltering. The check-in process was also a bit interesting since I saw someone else’s name on my reservation—so I spent some time correcting all the details. The staff was kind and polite throughout our stay. There are a lot of dining options nearby. Grand Central station is within walking distance too.
