I don’t typically leave reviews, however, my stay at Club Quarters Hotel Trafalgar Square was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I travel quite frequently and have been to London multiple times so I don’t usually do most of the touristy things. But I decided to stay somewhere more central this trip, and I’m so glad I did. First, the location is truly perfect. I walked most everywhere. I loved being so central to so many landmarks and easily being able to walk by the river. Even as a frequent London visitor - something about being in the middle of it all reminded me why I love London so much. The rooms are decently sized especially for London. They were clean and each floor had a water refill station which was truly so nice - one of my favorite perks. Most importantly, though, was the service. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but especially Janna at the front desk. She was so kind and genuinely is the reason I would come back again. Will definitely be staying here next time im in London
We stayed at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square for two nights while in London for a wedding and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. When we arrived, I asked if a higher floor was available for a quieter stay. Salman, who greeted us at the front desk, was incredibly kind and accommodating—he offered us a complimentary upgrade and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Despite the central location just steps from Trafalgar Square, it was peaceful and quiet—exactly what we were looking for. The staff throughout our stay were excellent: warm, professional, and attentive. We really appreciated the personal touches and exceptional service, especially from Salman. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
Excellent location to venture any direction; and in spite of being so close to the square is removed enough that the hotel is very quiet. The public spaces are lovely and have the scale of a grand hotel of years-gone-by. The individual rooms are spacious, though are updated rooms from years ago with limited storage space. The air control for the rooms was adequate and the bathroom facilities were a bit under expectation.
