Wonderful stay at Club Quarters Hotel! The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Pedro—his warm and attentive service made our family from Taiwan feel truly at home. We will definitely stay here again!
Amazing experience! The hotel is well priced for the location, right in the center of town. The views have no parallel. But I think the best was the staff, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The managers are doing something right because the whole team was happy, helpful and solution oriented.
A very very poor experience. To preface this point, I understand the hotel policy is non refundable in this case, however when me and my wife checked if, we informed the hotel my parents could not use their room as their flight was cancelled until the next day. They informed us that as a gesture of goodwill they would refund us that night which we were very thankful for. After returning home, they have now reversed on this and will refuse to refund that night. Again, I understand this is policy, but don’t lie to our faces and then go back on that as soon as we leave. The worst part of our stay is that there are 2 possible elevators to use for 30 floors of rooms (also needed for all rooms as the hotel starts at floor 10 to 40). One of them was out of service and the hotel informed us they were being worked on and kept going back to this statement our entire visit (again another lie). We experienced waits of 15-20 minutes for an elevator to our floor multiple times. Eventually, hotel staff decided to run the elevator in manual mode. A good idea, however at this point of elevator override, we were then squashed into the elevator like sardines and clearly over the rated weight capacity. Incredibly unsafe. All in all an awful visit where my wife and I continually discussed moving to a different hotel. Pros are that the room was comfortable, though dated and small. AC was strong and room service staff were efficient and good.
