Great hotel near Times Square with amazing staff and great interior decor and style. Free complimentary hot drinks and water and sparkling water on tap in the club room. Best price and service in the area for the price, highly recommend and will stay again in the future. They are undergoing some upgrades at the moment but despite all that the rooms were very nice and comfortable with the tv across from the bed.

CONS: -The hotel is under construction. So at 8:30am, I was woken up by loud banging and drilling. None of which the hotel discloses to you! -The ice machine is located in the basement. Which is super sketchy especially at night. -The elevators can fit two people plus two suitcases. That’s it! So if you’re claustrophobic, stay on a lower level and take the stairs. Also, one of them is under construction so there’s cardboard and blue tape all around it. -This hotel doesn’t have a bar. So if you want to grab a drink, you have to walk across the street to their partner restaurant. PROS: - Great location right in the heart of Times Square. - 20 min walk to/from Penn Station - There’s a reusable water station on each floor with purified water/bottles. -Check In/Out was easy. -Room was clean - small but that’s all of NY

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in my life. This is no where near a 4-star hotel, like a 1-star or 2-star motel at the most. The noise from outside boiler or I don’t know maybe the ac’s outside unit is so loud that it is almost like there is a vacuum keep working near your bed and your ears. Ironically, I did not even turn on the ac inside when it is 95F outside and the reason is that it is also damn loud. Oh I tried ear plugs but it did not help as it is so noisy. The bed linen is also super uncomfortable makes my husband and I feel hot and stuffy. We must be out of our minds when throwing away 300+ a night for this standard of a hotel. Avoid at all cost.
