beautiful place for vacation. very helpful manager of the facility, very nice and helpful service, close to the beach - I do not understand the bad reviews, I think they are written by the competition. I recommend everyone to relax at the Club sea time hotel.
every moment spent in this place was a pleasure. a place where I will return with much love
2 things - this is not a 4-star hotel & don't book if you're not Russian speaking! That being said, you get what you pay for. I got a really cheap last minute deal and didn't expect any luxury, but there are definitely things that could be easily improved. The garden is beautiful with different plants and trees, very well kept. Pool area seems clean but toilets don't have locks and I never managed to get a sunbed because there weren't many of them. Beach - could be cleaner but overall I enjoyed the beach. It is sandy but rocky in the water. Beach bar is not really working, it's self service soft drinks and coffee. Sometimes they serve fries there too but I didn't understand the times. Now the room. It actually has beautiful design but needed a proper clean so bad. My shower was missing one door and the water pressure was so low that I couldn't get my hair clean the whole vacation. Many times there was no warm water. The towel holder on the wall just fell down when I tried to hang my towel. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Terrace was nice and big but the table was dirty with someone's cigarette ash all over it. The earliest I could go to sleep was 23.00 because before that the music on the stage was very loud (and repetitive) - the whole day every day!! Finally - food. It was edible. The proteins (meat/fish) always looked super sketchy so I mostly ate only rice and salads. Most of the salads had raw onion in it though. Fries always tasted like old oil. Grilled fish was so overcooked and smelt nasty. Pancakes in the morning were good! One thing I was really happy about was the spa, I had the best experience with a very cheap price. I really recommend this! This is a 100% Russian hotel. Even the signs and everything are only Russian and only some of the employees speak some English. I'm kinda disappointed that my tour operator didn't inform me about that because I always felt that noone didn't want anything to do with me and nobody introduced me with the info about meal times, program etc.
