Club Side Coast Hotel

I was quite happy in general. But the wifi in this hotel there is a misunderstanding. There is wifi only nearby reception. It is 2024 how come you can not even use network to use whatsup to connect your family. Once we booked a room we could not see that the swimming pools are open from 10 till 12 am and 3 pm till 5 pm. We were happy with housekeeping as they cleaned our room on daily basis. You need to pay 5 EUR id you need Edyta card to your room as well.

The room is about the only good thing I can say. Very clean. Cleaning staff were amazing. IF YOU ARE ENGLISH, AVOID THIS HOTEL. This Hotel is the mainstay for German and Russian guests. The food is solely based on their cuisines and is in no way cared about. Sloppy, mushy mess. Snack bar is reheated food from the day before. The same burger was on the pile from the day before as it had a distinctive marking on it. When i approached reception, she was shocked that we were English and chose to stay here, had we knew, we wouldn't have but, LoveHolidays don't exactly look into that part. Location is not the best but for those who don't mind a good few miles walk/drive, have at it. Overall, a solid 2 star.

I recently stayed at Club Side Coast Hotel, and while the swimming pool and beach were great, the rest of the experience was a nightmare. The food was absolutely disgusting—everything tasted old, overly salted, and poorly cooked. It was clear that no care went into the meals, and it left a bad taste in our mouths (literally and figuratively) every time we tried to eat. Worst food we ever had!!!! The hotel was packed with rude guests who constantly pushed in line and showed no respect for others. Most of the staff seemed miserable and uninterested in helping, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. As for the rooms, they were in a terrible state. Everything was falling apart—the furniture, the fixtures, and especially the old, barely functional TV. The air conditioning was just okay, The bunk bed was nearly impossible to climb up, making it a challenge to get any rest. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It desperately needs a major overhaul and some serious improvements to both the facilities and the staff’s attitude. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
