Club Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort

My family stayed here while in St Thomas USVI for 9 days. Rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean and island hills. They offered free towel exchanges but no daily room service unless you’re willing to pay extra. Pretty remote location with on site beach and two restaurants (which are quite pricey). I’d recommend renting a car if comfortable driving on the left side of the road and if comfy with maneuvering through the small hilly roads. Taxis are available and they charge per person $7-25 depending on distance. There is allot of walking to get around the resort to and from the pool, beach, and restaurant areas. My sister hurt her ankle while there and the staff were pretty good at sending complimentary golf carts to take her to and from her room. Bring plenty of bug spray if planning to walk around after sunset as the mosquitos are brutal. Staff were attentive whenever we had a need or issue.

Excellent guest services, great location! Clean accommodations and a super comfortable bed! You are just about 5-15 minutes from multiple crystal clear water beaches and eateries. Note to potential guest anywhere on the island , where your insect repellent:)

Me and my hubby stayed there for 5 days this past week. We fell in love with St Thomas! The pros: the room was clean, kitchen, balcony, good water pressure, pool and hot tub were awesome, cute kitties running around, the restaurants were both great, beach was nice and not crowded, they offer rentals for snorkeling gear, excursions, and stuff you may have forgotten. The cons: I wouldn’t recommend it for a honeymoon, we were placed all the way at the top of the hill and in the basement of the building near the broom closet, our view was of a parking lot. We explained that it was our honeymoon if we could be moved to a better location and we were told there was nothing they could do. Just didn’t really feel like a honeymoon for us, just a normal vacation. The deadbolt to our room was broken, as was the top lock on the wall, so we had to rig a little something so we felt safe. The walk up to our room from the beach, restaurant, pool etc was strenuous in the heat. The location is away from most things so you can’t walk, definitely recommend renting a car because taxis get pricey. Overall we had a great stay but after checking out other places on the island we would probably stay somewhere else for location and perks. If you are looking for a nice relaxing, clean, tucked away place, more chill then definitely book!
