timeless charm and excellent service. Stayed here recently with my son and was blow away by how attentive staff were.My son who is an adult who has autism and he was made feel very comfortable and welcome during our stay.Staff were very good in their interactions with him and took the time to talk to him and more importantly listen.Room was a junior suite and was very clean and beds were very comfortable.We dined in the bar area and had a wonderful meal. Very good value for money and we will return.Short walk from the city centre but far enough that you feel you've escaped the hussle and bussle.Buses are available to and from city regularly.

Overall enjoyed my stay. The food in the restaurant was the highlight. Low point was that I left my phone charger plugged into the socket of my hotel room. I rang back later on check out day, but was told the following day that it wasn't in the room.

Stayed here recently and found the staff to be very helpful. The room itself was big as was the bed but in places it needs updating, the doors were hard to close, shower was in need of repair and lights were odd, the air conditioning didn't function properly. Would give it four stars rather than three for the great staff. On check out I found out that the hotel will close in January 2016 and is to be knocked down.
