Highly Recommend – Unforgettable Stay!❤️ We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Everything was well thought out—from the clean, comfortable rooms with bathrobes to the pool towels and generous welcome drinks. Book directly on their website and you’ll even get an extra free drink at the bar! Each evening featured delicious and varied meals, with fresh fish and plenty of options to enjoy. Drink prices at dinner were also reasonable. The staff were incredibly professional and made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends!

What a fantastic hotel. We are still here until the 27th and can honestly say it's been lovely. From the minute we walked into reception, the beautiful smell hit us, and then we were greeted by the lovely receptionist who gave us a glass of bubbly each whilst he checked us in. We had booked a sea view room but had emailed asking to be upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate us, which was a bit disappointing, but we understood. Our room was on the fifth floor, and we were blown away with the sea view. What a view to wake up to every day! The rooms were a good size and kept immaculately clean by the wonderful cleaners. The location is spot on, you walk out and are on the beach, which is one of the nicest beaches we have been to. We are staying bed and breakfast, and we can't fault the breakfast options, great variety, all fresh daily. The staff have all been wonderful, very pleasant, and can not do enough for you. Whilst here it has been our sons birthday, on the morning of his birthday, the staff had decorated the breakfast table and he was greeted with all the breakfast staff singing Happy Birthday with a cake and a bottle of bubbly. What a lovely touch. The pool area is clean and tidy but we gave found the sunbeds are all very close together, and most people put their umbrellas up all day so you have to choose carefully if you want to be in the sun. We have also noticed that alot of people are up very early ( starting around 6am) putting their towels on the beds. That being said, there have always been spare beds. Some people put 3 towels down on 3 beds for 2 people then leave them all day without showing up until late afternoon for an hour. The indoor pool area is brilliant, pool, plunge pool, steam, sauna, and jacuzzis. There is also a really good gym and a spa area. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic stay at CM Playa del Moro, which, by the way, has best beaches in Cala Millor. From the moment you arrive, Lucas welcomes you warmly, and at reception, you are greeted by Álvaro, who provides truly outstanding service. In the restaurant, people like John, Alejandro, Raysa, and Paola go above and beyond to enhance your experience, making every meal a real pleasure. They genuinely pamper you and clearly go the extra mile to give their very best. I also had lovely massages by Rosalinda and Cristina. And let’s not forget the lady who cleans the rooms—every morning it was a delight to head down for breakfast and see Leila arrive with a smile and the best attitude, always leaving our room spotless. Honestly, my husband and I feel that the hotel is a wonderful place to relax, and what truly elevates it is the remarkable quality and warmth of its staff. Thank you so much for the experience!
