Cmg Tour Eiffel

Was a sceptical booking after reading some of the reviews… but glad we didn’t cancel. Room was perfect, access was easy, location was perfect. Good value for money, little disappointed in booking agent selling the room without no information or warning of a security deposit being required but it is what it is. Another point is room sold as having a bath which yes it does have a lovely looking bath however it isn’t a functional bath as no plug…

Place was pretty decent for a weekend stay and on a budget. Was much cheaper than all other options in the area if location and air conditioning are a priority for you. Super close to Eiffel Tower. Other reviews mention hot water, and wifi but this wasn’t a problem for us. Wifi speed was only about 1MB though so not great for working. Water was very hot. Check in was a bit weird, they sent an email asking me to provide a $500 credit card deposit. But the link didn’t work and customer service was hard to get in touch with, the phone number and whats app number did not work. But I was eventually able to figure it out. Deposit was only a hold, never posted to my credit card and fell off within one day of check out. My only real complaints are the rooms are a bit bare. Only two flimsy pillows total on the bed. No nightstands for water/phone. Also, no maid service the 3 nights we were there. Had to buy our own toilet paper. For a longer stay no maid service would be frustrating. Overall decent, 4 stars. Would stay again.

We had a good time. Key lock didn’t work but rang and answered in first call and sorted immediately. Then turned heater on to warm up bathroom and blew the circuit breaker. Rang again and was answered immediately and customer service helped fix the power immediately. Offered to replace heater that turned up in the room the next day. No views of Eiffel Tower from room 31 but could see the swine. We loved our stay!!!
